Drum motors
- Ellegaard has developed the world’s most hygienic drum motor ScanDrive with a IP 69 K rating and can therefore withstand heigh pressure cleaning.
- In addition to manufacturing our own drum motors called ScanDrive, we service all makes in our workshop so that our customers can achieve the highest possible uptime
- The motor can be designed with 100% stainless steel and is also extremely easy to clean
- At our product facilities at Ellegaard we can build the drum motor to almost any specification in terms of length, diameter, coating as well as power and speed

Rollers and Return Rollers
- Ellegaard manufactures ScanDrive Rollers that are certified and approved for the food industry
- With an IP 69 K seal, you achieve the highest possible encapsulation of the motor and an thus meet the high demands required
- ScanDrive Roller can withstand high-pressure cleaning and rinsing and is therefore very easy to clean
- If you choose Ellegaard, you don’t need any other suppliers in conveyor belts, drum motors and rollers for the food industry
- We have a small series ‘Fast Fit’ roll manufacturing process with a very short delivery time
Conveyor systems and Conveyor belts
- Ellegaard manufactures conveyor belts exactly to your specifications
- We build the conveyor belt with profiles, cleats and flex edges that ensure your transport without wastage
- We have conveyor belt solutions in PU material – so-called monolithic belts that do not have a textile core that attracts bacteria. Monolithic belts ensure high cleaning efficiency
- The cleats we manufacture at Ellegaard are designed and shaped to ensure safe material flow of even the most fragile vegetables, fruits and other foods
- At Ellegaard, we use high-frequency welding to ensure that the carriers are correctly sealed to the conveyor belt
- We also produce conveyor belts reserved for frozen goods

Custom components for Food
- We build conveyor belts from just being a flat belt to being able to have:
- Cleats and flex edges that ensure your transport of various materials, so you avoid waste
- We use high frequency welding to ensure the carriers are properly sealed to the conveyor belt
Safety and working environment (noise reduction and lifting equipment)
- The handovers from one carrier to another entail a risk of waste and often noise – Ellegaard can help improving your working environment with noise reduction
- Instead of stainless steel, we use monolithic FDA approved PU material to form funnels and other transitions.
- The advantages are easy cleaning and a significant noise reduction that improves the working environment
- Our engineers design and produce according to your requirements
