Conveyor belts

We offer a complete range of tailor-made conveyor belts from the quality brand Polymax.
We have more than 50 belt types in stock as well as many different profiles and cleats. Which means shorter delivery times for our customers.

Polymax conveyor belts are carefully manufactured according to our technical specifications in an ISO certified process and meet all the specifications set for e.g. tensile strength, flexibility, lateral stability, noise level and any food approvals.

Rollers
Scandrive steel rollers use a technology that allows the roller to withstand a much greater load over a longer period of time.

Drum motor
We manufacture our own drum motors and work together with world industry leaders on the larger projects.
- Ellegaard has developed the world’s most hygienic drum motor ScanDrive with a IP 69 K rating and can therefore withstand heigh pressure cleaning.
- In addition to manufacturing our own drum motors called ScanDrive, we service all makes in our workshop so that our customers can achieve the highest possible uptime
- The motor can be designed with 100% stainless steel and is also extremely easy to clean
- At our product facilities at Ellegaard we can build the drum motor to almost any specification in terms of length, diameter, coating as well as power and speed
