When transporting bulk goods, such as gravel, stone, grain, aggregates, and other raw material, as part of a manufacturing process, the components used in this process must be built to withstand the harsh conditions they are being exposed to.
Because we have been dealing with the transport of raw materials for around 50 years Ellegaard is able to honor these requirements down to the smallest detail. It has not only given us theoretical insight, but to a great extent also practical experience of material flow within raw materials. Conveyor systems and Conveyor belts
- At Ellegaard, we manufacture complete conveyors for coal, chips, waste and biomass
- We have extensive know-how in transporting wet, lumpy, hot and cold materials – we will always find the best possible solution
- We produce, install and service complete systems as well as individual conveyors
- We have our own blacksmiths and Service departments that keep your manufacturing operation running 24·7
- We have a ‘Fast Fit’ production of rollers, which ensures that you have access to a roller production of standard rollers as well as custom rollers every day of the year
- At Ellegaard, we also offer pipe systems and pipework – including ATEX

- MaxHeat conveyor belt – for transporting hot objects

- MaxPly is supplied from widths 300 mm to 2400 mm and any length
Drum motor
- Drum motor: We produce our own drum motors and work together with world industry leaders on greater projects.
- We install on-site and we service throughout the lifetime of the motor.
- Regardless of the application, we have the right drum motor for your company
- Gear motors: We provide the motor that best suits your production.
- We install and service the motor throughout its lifetime
Rollers and Return Rollers
- Ellegaard manufacture ScanDrive rollers and return rollers manufactured in either PVC or steel depending on the application.
- We have established a Fast Fit roller manufacturing process which ensures that we can deliver small series of a maximum of 50 rollers very quickly.
- If you choose Ellegaard, you don’t need any other suppliers in conveyor belts, drum motors and rollers.
Scrapers and Technical rubber
Ellegaard stock a wide range of technical rubber to the Danish industry. We offer, among other things:
- Fender strips
- Friction rings
- Rubber gaskets
- Air spring bellows
- Non-slip mats
- Snow plow blades
- Membranes
- Rubber tiles
- Vibrating plates etc.
We sell rubber in many hardnesses, dimensions and qualities, designed for many different applications and can thus withstand the conditions it is exposed to.

Strong skills within the raw materials sector
Ellegaard is happy to make suggestions on how optimise transport of a given material in the most efficient way, e.g. in trough-shaped conveyors. Materials are different and therefore have different requirements – Ellegaard’s solutions take this into account, e.g. in the form of
