Scrapers and Technical rubber

• It pays to keep the conveyor belt clean – both on outside and inside
• We have a selection of scrapers that does exactly that, resulting in lower running cost due to a greatly reduced spillage under the conveyor
• We sell StarClean scrapers for rubber conveyor belts – these have replaceable scraper elements
• We can find the right solution for you – we install and service the installation and you benefit from less waste and less maintenance
• We maintain your scrapers if you wish
• A good scraper system can simply pay for itself

Drum- and Gearmotor

• We manufacture drum motors ourselves and work together with industrial leaders on large scale productions
• We install on-site and we service throughout the lifetime of the motor

Rollers and Return Rollers

• We manufacture rollers and return rollers with the correct dimensions for your production
• We have a ‘Fast Fit’ production of rollers, which ensures very short delivery times
• We coat drums, drum motors and rollers with rubber, ceramics or PU to achieve the best possible power transmission
• We make guide tracks in the rollers if control of the belt needs to be optimized
