Waterjet cutting for all types of bands

Water jet cutting is an environmentally friendly cutting method where cutting is done with high water pressure. The method is used to cut tough materials such as PVC, rubber, and soft PU, and can handle ‘infinite’ lengths up to 3 meters wide and up to 25 mm thick.

Ellegaard can offer waterjet cutting of conveyor belts to very precise tolerances. The entire process is computer-controlled, and the cutting itself is automatic and requires no manual labour. This provides unparalleled accuracy, reduced belt waste, and therefore material savings for you.

Cutting material
Ellegaard has more than 50 material types in stock, but cutting elements is not contingent on purchasing cutting material. We are happy to cut customers' own materials.

Cutting according to technical drawings – or according to the model
We can convert existing AutoCad drawings into cutting files, or models can be measured and drawn from scratch. Regardless of the input, the parts are cut quickly, environmentally friendly and accurately.

In cases where an electronic drawing of the items is not available, Ellegaard can draw from a PDF file, sketch, or model.
